Plympton Well Being Club for April

With the next Well Being Club just around the corner I wonder how everyone has been coping with their exercise?  With the lovely weather I've been out on my bike more, the sun is a good motivator.  How about you?

  1. The sun is definetly a good motivator for getting out and walking / cycling... feeling good in general! I've actually slowed down on exercise not realising how much I did already, but still dont think you can beat that great feeling after exercising... think with health its the most important one to start one of all, as increases serotonine levels, balances hormones etc etc
